Overview
Our reschedule policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a reschedule. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
To be eligible for a reschedule, your online consultation must be at least 72 hours (3 working days) away. Online consultations can be rescheduled only one time, and subject to availability.
To complete your reschedule, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
